FAQs

Common questions about working with Cadence Performance and what to expect from one-on-one care.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit is a one-on-one evaluation where we assess your movement, discuss your injury or goals, and build a clear plan. Most evaluations take about 60 minutes. From there, we'll map out your RESET → RESTORE → RELOAD progression and schedule follow-up sessions based on what you need.

Do you take insurance?

We are a direct-pay, cash-based clinic and do not bill insurance directly. Many patients choose to submit receipts to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We accept cash, credit, debit, HSA, and FSA.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your injury, goals, and training timeline. Some people see significant improvements in 4-6 sessions, while others benefit from ongoing performance work throughout a season. We'll discuss a realistic plan during your evaluation.

Can you work with runners, cyclists, and skiers?

Absolutely. We specialize in outdoor and endurance sports common to Flagstaff—trail running, road cycling, mountain biking, skiing, hiking, and more. Our plans are adapted to the specific demands of your sport, terrain, and altitude.

Where are you located?

We're located in a residential midtown Flagstaff space near the Safeway on Cedar Avenue and Buffalo Park. Sessions are by appointment only. We'll provide exact directions and parking details when you schedule.
