20+ years helping Flagstaff athletes recover and stay active
Cadence Performance is a cash-based physical therapy and sports medicine clinic built for active people who want more than generic rehab. We use a structured reset-restore-reload approach to help trail runners, cyclists, skiers, and outdoor athletes move from pain to confident performance.

Built for Flagstaff athletes
At 7,000 feet with access to trails, peaks, and year-round outdoor sports, Flagstaff demands a lot from your body. We understand those demands because we live them too, and we've spent over two decades helping this community stay active.
Why Cadence Performance exists and how we help Flagstaff stay active
Cadence Performance was founded to give Flagstaff's outdoor athletes and active adults a better option than one-size-fits-all rehab. For over 20 years, we've worked with trail runners preparing for ultras, mountain bikers navigating technical terrain, skiers chasing powder days, and everyday active people who refuse to let pain sideline their lifestyle. Our clinic is located in a residential midtown Flagstaff space near Safeway on Cedar Avenue and Buffalo Park, where we provide focused, one-on-one care without the distractions of a busy clinic floor. Every session is built around your goals, your sport, and your timeline, using a clear reset-restore-reload framework that moves you from pain relief to performance with purpose and structure.
